Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. Do not share your login details with anyone.
Fair play
Players must play fairly and submit honest results. Submitting fake screenshots, wrong results, or engaging in any form of cheating will lead to immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
Deposits & withdrawals
Deposits made via UPI or other payment methods are processed instantly. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours. The platform reserves the right to verify identity before processing withdrawals.
Platform commission
LudoKhelo charges a commission on each battle as a service fee. The commission percentage is displayed before creating or joining any battle. Commission rates may change with prior notice.
Dispute resolution
In case of disputed matches, the Admin team will review available evidence including screenshots and game logs. The Admin decision on disputes is final and binding on both players.
Modification of terms
LudoKhelo reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
